- All of our products are marked with a "best before date/expiry date". A best before date/expiry date refers to the quality, not safety. When this date has passed, it doesn't mean that the food will be unsafe to consume, but it might begin to lose its flavour and texture. The majority of our products, especially products like candy, gum, chocolates, etc. usually have a long best before date/expiry date on them.

- We strive to ensure that all products are in stock at all times but due to sudden surge in demand or some supply issues, they may go out of stock on some occasions. If there is any product visible on our website, that means that sooner or later it will come back in stock.

- Once your order has been placed, we take 0-2 days to ship the package. It takes about 2-10 working days for the shipped package to get delivered depending upon your location in India.
